■Notes

・Customers who use a Japan Post Bank general account (regular savings and regular savings) can use the app.

*The app cannot be used with transfer accounts and corporate accounts, etc.・When registering, you will need your account number, name in kana, date of birth, cash card PIN, and phone number (※).

※To verify your identity, an identity verification code will be sent to the phone number registered to your account. If the registered phone number is a landline, it will be sent by automated voice call, and if it is a mobile phone, it will be sent by SMS (short message service). Please register in an environment where you can receive notifications. You can change your registered phone number at a Japan Post ATM. If your old phone number is registered, please change it in advance. If you use the Japan Post Authentication App to verify your identity, you do not need to enter your cash card PIN or identity verification code.

・Never tell anyone your identity verification code.

・You can log in using a passcode (4 digits), pattern authentication, or biometric authentication (face/fingerprint).

・You can register up to two accounts to the app.

※Only if the account names are the same.

・If you enter your cash card PIN incorrectly a certain number of times when registering, you will need to go to the counter and have the "erroneous PIN number erased."

・If you cancel or reapply for Yuucho Direct, you will need to re-register the app.

*You will no longer be able to view statements from before you re-registered.

・You cannot register the Yuucho passbook app between 11:55pm and 12:05am the following day.

・This app is free to use. However, customers will be responsible for any communication fees incurred when downloading and using the app.
